Using AI-Hawk in the Support Portal

Making the Most of FutureFeed’s AI Support Agent: AI-Hawk

AI-Hawk is your 24/7 support assistant, ready to give you faster answers and connect you with our team when needed. Follow this guide to get started.


1. Sign in to the Customer Portal

Before you can use Hawk, you’ll need to sign in

  • Go to the Customer Portal

  • Click Sign In in the upper-right corner

  • Use your credentials to log in



2. Open Hawk from the Support Portal

Once signed in, you’ll see the support homepage. To start a conversation with Hawk:

  • Look for the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen

  • Click it to open the Hawk chat window


3. Review or Start a New Chat

Inside the chat window:

  • Use the back arrow to view all your previous conversations with Hawk

  • To start fresh, click the chat bubble icon in the top-right

4. Begin a Conversation

  • Click Agree to confirm you’re ready to chat

  • Type your question into the chat bar and hit send. 

    • Get answers faster than ever before!

  • AI-Hawk will rapidly search across FutureFeed’s knowledge base for relevant articles available to your access tier, to provide the most relevant answer

  • If Hawk isn’t sure, it will transfer your request to a member of our human support team


 

6. When Hawk Hands Off to a Human

You don’t need to worry if Hawk can’t solve everything. We’ve set up handoff triggers that automatically transfer your chat to a human support agent when needed—for example, if you ask about billing, integrations, or directly request to “talk to a human.”

This ensures you get the right help, without needing to repeat yourself.

We'll continuously refine our AI-Hawk agent based on user feedback to ensure the ultimate experience for our valued customers and partners!


7. Filing a Support Ticket (Optional)

Prefer the traditional method? You can still file a support ticket directly with our customer service team:

  • Click File a support ticket at the bottom of the Support Portal

  • Choose the form that matches your request

  • Submit your details

This flow is nearly identical to the one our customers have always used, so it will feel familiar for those who prefer it; and AI-Hawk handling the less complex requests should enable our support team to reach these tickets faster!


8. Tips for Best Results

  • Be clear and specific with your questions

  • Check your conversation history — you can always revisit resolved chats

  • Use Hawk as your first stop — it’s the fastest way to get answers to common questions.

  • Don’t worry if Hawk can’t solve everything — it will escalate to our team when needed!
